The International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT) to be held September 4-6 in Indianapolis, Ind., is less than 70 days away and attendees are already showing their excitement for the annual event.

Lubomir Douridanov of Sofia, Bulgaria, is attending the conference for the first time and is excited to see what the conference has to offer.

“I look forward to checking out the new trends in the window film industry, new products and also new techniques for installations. I always look to find new ways to improve myself so I can be better at my work and provide better service for my customers,” Douridanov said.

WFCT is the only event in the world exclusively for the window film industry. There will be a host of competitions, educational sessions, and of course the exhibition floor. After nearly a decade in the industry, Douridanov will also be competing in the Architectural Tint-Off™.

“My goal is to present myself well and gain as much experience as possible. I also want to connect and become friends with other installers and people from the industry,” Douridanov mentioned.

The international event attracts thousands from across the world, and year after year international attendees mention it was well worth the journey into the United States. Similar thoughts are surfacing for Douridanov as time is winding down to prepare for the competition and traveling internationally.

“I am always excited to travel outside of Europe, especially the U.S. I visited your country two years ago and I was fascinated by it. Now, I am looking forward to coming back to visit other parts of it. I think the U.S. is a magnificent country and since I haven’t been in Indianapolis, this is a great opportunity for me to broaden my horizons,” Douridanov said.
