If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, you can now use it to measure the VLT%(Visible Light Tranmission Percentage) using the app 'iTint' available on Apple's App Store. If you don't have iTunes on your computer, you can see a description on http://www.appstorehq.com/itint-iphone-71956/app.

What a great post, thanks for that it sounds like a great little gadget for when your out and about, think Ill go download it, does it work well or is it just a gimmicky thing?
It really works. I got the idea when I was tinting my own car's windows. I experimented with several methods, and finally came up with something that worked. I just had to create an app so that others can use it. You can try the free 'iTint Lite' to see if you have the ability to match tint levels. More details at my web site at www.hjchome.com.
