The International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off will be returning in 2011 to Memphis, Tenn. The event, sponsored by Window Film magazine, will be taking place September 15-16 at the Memphis Marriot Downtown and the Memphis Cook Convention Center and will offer educational opportunities for tinters as well as the chance to compete in the Tint-Off, which will feature automotive tinters.
