		<description><![CDATA[No mention of Southwall on that list? As I understand it, CP Films was the test case that the NFRC used for the certification process so they would naturally be first whereas Southwall was the first to apply for their V-kool and Huper Optik film certifications without being in a test program. I could be mis-informed but regardless, they should at least get honorable mention in the article seeing that they were in well ahead of the rest of the bunch.]]></description>
