When Nick Bollea, son of famed wrestler Hulk Hogan, was involved in a car accident in Pinellas County two years ago, one of the charges he received was for illegal window tints.
Traffic investigators who worked on the Bollea crash, that left his friend, John Graziano III critically injured, do not believe that the illegal window tinting contributed to the crash. But they did take note of how dark the windows were when they responded to the scene, said Elizabeth Daly-Watts, spokeswoman for the Clearwater Police Department. Checking the tints were one of many tests conducted at the site of the crash, she said.
