Solar Gard Promotes Garlo and Foster to Eastern/Western Regional Sales Managers

August 21st, 2013 | Category: Industry News

Solar Gard promoted two veteran managers, Rob Garlo and Tom Foster, to eastern and western USA regional sales manager, respectively.

“We are utilizing the strengths of Rob and Tom—two of our strongest and most seasoned sales managers at Solar Gard—to better support the needs of our dealer network, and ensure all of our partners are positioned and enabled to fully capitalize on opportunities available within the automotive and architectural segments,” says Lawrence Constantin, director of sales Americas for Solar Gard.

Garlo brings more than 24 years of experience in the window film industry to the role. Since joining the company in 2001, Garlo has risen quickly through the organization, holding the positions of program manager, key account manager and auto segment manager. He was also responsible for the successful launch of the company’s ComputerCut System.

Foster is a window film industry expert with 35 years of experience. He has been with Solar Gard for more than 16 years, previously holding the positions of senior sales representative, Panorama program regional manager and, most recently, architectural business development manager. He has gained significant experience supporting dealers on large architectural projects, thanks to his management of energy audits and data logger programs, as well as AIA continuing education training programs for sales representatives and dealers.

“This news marks Solar Gard’s ongoing commitment to provide our valued dealer network with unparalleled support throughout the USA,” adds Constantin. “The long-term relationships we hold with our dealers are at the very core of our DNA and success, and we see our affiliation with the entire network as a true partnership. This enhancement is designed to enable additional regional resources and assistance for our sales organization and partners nationwide.”
