Maryland Bill Would Allow Inspection Stations to Test Window Tint

According to the (Maryland) Herald-Mail, Republican delegate LeRoy Myers of Washington and Allegany counties in Maryland has proposed house bill 409 before the state legislature which would allow local state inspection stations to test aftermarket window film that haf been applied to vehicles if the vehicle owner has received a "safety equipment repair order."

Per the newspaper, a hearing for the bill is scheduled before the House environmental matters committee for February 15.
