Johnson Joins Project Safeguard

Carson, Calif.-based Johnson Window Films has joined the ranks of window film manufacturers involved with General Electric's Project Safeguard. The company donated security film for two childcare centers in Hartford, Conn.

Project Safeguard, an initiative to raise awareness of the dangers of flying glass and improve safety at childcare centers, has received much attention and participation from window film companies.

"GE Project Safeguard enables our company to reach out to the community beyond our everyday business," said David Read, Johnson sales development manager. "We appreciate the opportunity to provide support to help ensure the safety of the children in these childcare centers."
