Globamatrix Named Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year

The Singapore Rotary Club and the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises together named Globamatrix Holdings Pte Ltd, the Singapore-based parent company of V-KOOL International, Entrepreneur of the Year.

Starting with $25,000 (Singapore) in capital, the business now has 600 window film outlets worldwide.

"Most entrepreneurs are strong willed," said Andrew Kwan, director of Globamatrix Holdings. "Being a son of [an] entrepreneur, you want to step out of that shadow. You want to be able to define your own career, your own aspirations in a manner that you deem fit."
