Pentagon Appoints Wyatt and Fransko, Nicholl Retires From CEO Position

Pentagon Protection, a global supplier and installer of enhanced glass protection, recently appointed Patric Fransko and Dr. John Wyatt to its board. Fransko is senior vice president of operations for Dublin, Ohio-based National Glass Service Group LLC. Prior to his current position, he served as director of sales and marketing for Performance Films and Tools Distributing, also of Dublin, Ohio.

He has worked in the window film industry for more than nine years.

Dr. Wyatt was chairman and technical director of SDS Group Limited and Search Training International Limited prior to the acquisition of those companies by Pentagon in September 2008. Wyatt has more than 20 years of experience in high risk security consulting and the supply of security equipment and products.

Pentagon has also announced the retirement of Alan Nicholl as chief executive officer with immediate effect. Nicholl has been with the Pentagon Group since 2005 and will continue to be a shareholder of the company.

"We are delighted to be welcoming Patric and John to the board and are very excited about the experience and specialist skills they bring with them," says Haytham ElZayn, chairman of Pentagon Protection Plc. "The directors would also like to extend their thanks to Alan for his considerable contribution to Pentagon both during his directorship and throughout his overall involvement with the company. I am sure that the board and all the staff join me in wishing him well in the future."
