North Carolina SB 855 Stalls

North Carolina Senate bill (SB) 855, a bill that would exempt state-licensed private investigators from current tint regulations, recently stalled when it failed a second reading in the house by a vote of 35 to 82. The bill, which proposes providing exemptions for private investigators from the current window tinting requirements, was filed March 15, 2007, and approved by the senate by a 48 to two vote on May 23, 2007.
