Goldschmied
Joins Davis-Standard
Davis-Standard LLC announced recently that Jorge Goldschmied has joined
the company as its director of sales for Latin and South America. Goldschmied
has 20 years of industry experience. Officials for Davis-Standard say
he brings a wealth of knowledge to their company in plastics processing
equipment, from the perspective of both equipment supplier and end user.
He recently worked for Gloucester Engineering as sales director for Latin
and South America and was previously a process and research and development
manager with Nepsa, now Pliant, in Mexico.
In his new role, Goldschmied will be responsible for overseeing all sales
efforts in these regions for Davis-Standard's converting and extrusion
systems product lines.
